Energy Outreach Colorado strives to be Colorado's leading organization dedicated to efficient delivery of cost-effective energy assistance and energy efficiency for low-income households to maintain their well-being and encourage self-sufficiency. The mission of EOC is to ensure that Colorado's low-income families can meet their home energy needs.

We are pleased to announce that your hometown utilities provider is partnering with Energy Outreach Colorado to provide assistance on customer utility bills. Customers receiving Town of Holly electrical services may apply for assistance.
