MCLEMORE FAMILY

The McLemore Family of Colby, KS has quickly become a favorite bluegrass band in the states of KS, CO, NE, OK, known especially for their tight acapella harmony and good family fun. The group puts on a professional but relaxed stage show with a flair that pleases audiences with traditional bluegrass music, and some off-the-wall, “fun” stuff, that includes something for most everyone.

The McLemore family consists of brothers, Blake (upright bass) and Brandon (mandolin), Bob (Dad) on rhythm guitar and lead guitar and Sue (Mom) on hard-driving banjo. All members share the lead and harmony, and have recently released their second CD, “Sounds of Home.”

They have performed live shows on KLOE, KRVN, and KANZ radio stations, entertained in Silver Dollar City at Branson, MO, and extensively for churches, bluegrass festivals, and various celebrations and parties throughout the tri-state area and Oklahoma.
